Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader for the 1st shift with flexibility for nights and weekends. You will oversee safe, efficient warehouse activities, drive continuous improvement, and mentor front-line teams to meet service and cost objectives.

This role requires lean fundamentals, inventory mastery, forklift eligibility, and a history of shaping process improvements in logistics. You will collaborate across functions to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred - engineering, business, operations management, or similar field; or equivalent experience.
• Continuous improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma, TPM, lean manufacturing, etc) demonstrated by a major project.
• Five years of operations/logistics or supply chain experience; two+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards of finished product; ensure smooth delivery for Sales organization.
• Forecast requirements and assist in annual budgeting; analyze variances and take corrective action.
• Lead and develop front-line hourly and salaried personnel; promote teamwork and training.
• Develop and motivate team to solve day-to-day issues and reach performance goals.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
