Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee second-shift operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience supervising front line staff in a performance-driven environment.
• Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with mentoring and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner.
• Minimize loading time by optimizing docks, warehouse layout, and route patterns.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.
• Provide timely service to sales while minimizing costs.
• Develop and motivate your team to address day-to-day operational issues and hit goals.
• Deliver change leadership while driving business improvements and minimizing impact to people.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Build capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
• Maintain the inventory system to aid production scheduling and ensure safety standards.
