Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities in Windsor, CT. The role focuses on cost efficiency, continuous process improvement, service, and safety across a single shift.

Responsibilities include leading frontline staff, coordinating receiving/shipping, maintaining inventory levels, and driving performance against daily goals. Lifting up to 40 lbs and occasional off-shift work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years of frontline supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing frontline teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience tracking operational KPIs, including safety, productivity, and service.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• This is a 2nd shift position (10 hours shift, 3/4 PM - 1/2 AM).
• Manage the receiving and delivery of finished products in a timely manner.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of full goods to meet daily sales needs.
• Provide timely service to the sales department while minimizing warehouse costs.
• Develop the team to solve day-to-day operational issues and meet goals.
• Lead change while minimizing people impact and drive business improvements.
• Maintain the inventory system and safety training.
