Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and SAP WM is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience operating and maintaining warehouse equipment and scanning tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations for 2nd shift, including receiving, put-away and inventory control.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• Train, coach, and develop department staff; drive accountability and teamwork.
• Balance labor and equipment with demand; monitor workflow and respond to exceptions.
• Collaborate with other departments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
