Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• 3+ years in shipping in a manufacturing plant.
• 3+ years’ forklift experience (Reach truck, sit-down, Cherry pickers).
• Proficient in SAP ERP system and RF Devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shipping and material handling operations, including inbound materials, auditing, replenishment, put-away, inventory control, and warehouse activities.
• Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, stand-up order pickers, sit-down forklifts, and Yard Jockey for trailer positioning; use tools as needed.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and document incoming materials; process damage claims.
• Maintain inventory accuracy while supporting 5S+, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Assist SAP system access setup and train new employees; identify process improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
