Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader - Inbound to oversee the end-to-end inbound operation in a PepsiCo warehouse.

You’ll drive safety, accuracy, and efficiency, while developing frontline leaders and collaborating with Supply Chain, Transportation, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure product availability and service excellence. The role emphasizes safety leadership, inventory control, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to optimize warehouse performance and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of operations/logistics or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5+ years leading a team-based approach to decision-making.
• 1+ years Six Sigma certification, TPM, lean manufacturing, etc.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and lead warehouse safety programs.
• Lead inbound operations: receiving, unloading, put-away, inventory control, storage.
• Coach, mentor, and develop frontline supervisors; build leadership capability.
• Drive productivity, cost, service, and quality performance; lead continuous improvement initiatives.
