Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader - Inbound to oversee end-to-end inbound activities in a PepsiCo warehouse, ensuring safe, accurate receipt, storage, and movement of product. You will develop frontline leaders, coach supervisors, and partner with Supply Chain, Transportation, and Sales to ensure product availability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of operations/logistics or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 5+ years leading a team-based approach to decision-making.
• 1+ years Six Sigma certification, TPM, lean manufacturing, etc
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Safe driving record strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all inbound warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, put-away, inventory control, and product storage.
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of finished goods.
• Oversee warehouse capacity management and storage optimization.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and implement strategies to improve product visibility.
• Coach, mentor, and develop frontline warehouse supervisors.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Transportation, Sales, and Delivery teams.
