AHEAD is seeking a motivated Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, delegate tasks, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time during 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm–Midnight CST).

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and collaboration with sales, production, and accounting to maintain KPI targets, inventory accuracy, and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma; 2–3 years in warehouse shipping, supervisory/lead role preferred.
• Ability to read/write English, follow instructions, and use basic math.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of warehouse associates, motivating them to achieve and maintain high productivity and accuracy.
• Identify staffing needs and delegate tasks based on workflow demands.
• Oversee receiving, movement, and picking of orders while meeting KPIs.
• Ensure safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Resolve order fulfillment issues and address inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with 5S audits and SOP/documentation efforts.
• Support backup roles and adapt to fast-paced conditions.
