Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Data Center Lead for the Omaha, NE area on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm). Lead and develop the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory, on-time orders, and safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting, SAP experience, and proficiency with WMS and scanners. A strong focus on customer service and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; address performance issues as needed.
• Track orders and investigate problems so timely resolutions occur.
