Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Lead for the 3rd shift (Tuesday–Friday, 12:00am–10:30am) to oversee warehouse operations and a team of associates. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely orders, and safe, compliant processes across the shift.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting with WMS experience and leadership capabilities; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvements.
• Operate and utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
