Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift (Friday - Monday, 1:30pm - 12:00am) in Lincoln, NE. You will move material and inventory, operate hand trucks and scanners, and assist with packing, labeling and counting to support customer supply chains.

Ideal candidates read and interpret safety and operation documents, have basic math skills, and work well in a team while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility to support operations.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform duties such as packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.
• Verify orders, label products and operate a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program and keep a clean work area.
• Maintain a safe environment for yourself and teammates.
• Support a safe, efficient team environment and meet goals.
