Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to warehouse management
• Track orders and investigate issues
• Catalog and track goods and supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe 7S-compliant environment
