Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure on-time, accurate orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team; provide development opportunities and performance feedback.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain accurate work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and support warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues; provide back-up to management.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies; maintain 7S cleanliness program.
