Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Lead for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 12:00pm–8:30pm) to oversee a warehouse team and ensure timely, accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, 2+ years in a warehouse setting, and hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8-9 employees and monitor daily productivity.
• Load/unload trucks and manage inbound damages.
• Pick outbound deliveries and manage receipts.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System and handheld scanners.
• Track orders and ensure accurate processing for customers.
• Enforce safety policies and 7S standards.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to the team.
