Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-12:00am) to lead daily warehouse operations and drive performance. You will supervise a team, provide training, ensure quality, and collaborate with leadership to meet service goals.

This role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and the flexibility to work overtime, including weekends. Familiarity with GXO's 7S program is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
