CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, coach staff, and support safety and productivity initiatives. This role involves coordinating tasks, problem-solving on the floor, and aiding in scheduling under supervision.

The position requires forklift operation experience, strong math/reading skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Ohio.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent or higher.
• At least 3 years of related warehouse experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse practices, policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment including electric pallet jacks.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide real-time problem-solving and support on the warehouse floor.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of warehouse activities.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching for staff.
