Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am) to coordinate daily warehouse operations, coach staff, and drive safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves supervising tasks, supporting scheduling, and may include material handling using forklift equipment to meet targets.

Base hourly wage is $23.82 with a $0.75 shift differential and no incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or relevant experience.
• At least three (3) years of related experience in warehouse operations.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment, including electric pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations as directed by production floor operations.
• Assign tasks and coach employees; maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Support scheduling and planning of warehouse activities; assist with real-time problem solving.
