Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performance team in a fast-paced, global logistics environment. You’ll motivate staff, manage shift performance, and uphold safety and quality while aligning with customer goals.

You’ll optimize workflows, oversee inventory and audits, implement labor programs, and partner with leadership on staffing and supply needs. The role includes a 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 9:30pm–6:00am) with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• E-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy: WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400 a plus), Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate your team through shift meetings, one-on-one coaching, and real-time support.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Adjust workflows and resources to hit productivity and quality goals; implement labor management programs and performance tracking.
• Develop and Empower Your Team: Identify training needs and lead cross-training efforts; provide consistent performance feedback.
• Prioritize Safety and Quality: Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct daily safety observations; ensure policies and best practices are followed.
