Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a problem-solving mindset. Salary is paid on a hourly basis with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise & Coordinate: assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Train & Mentor: provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Ensure Accuracy & Efficiency: conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.
• Assist in Scheduling & Planning: work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Foster a Positive Work Environment: help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support Warehouse Operations: step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.

At CJ Logistics, we’re looking for a Second Shift Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem-solving, training, and improving processes.

• Pay Range: $22.69/hour + $0.50 shift differential
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise & Coordinate: Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
