Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, coach staff, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced distribution center. You will use material handling equipment, support scheduling, and drive process improvements while partnering with supervisors and the warehouse trainer to develop a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent or relevant experience.
• At least three years of related warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse policies, procedures, and safety.
• Ability to teach, coach, and delegate tasks.
• Able to operate forklift equipment including electric pallet jacks.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and assign tasks to staff.
• Provide real-time problem solving and support on the warehouse floor.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of activities per supervisor directions.
