Job summary

CJ Logistics America seeks a Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Storage) to lead a 2nd shift and coach a team in a fast-paced logistics center. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while implementing continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of supervision, and strong leadership and planning skills. This on-site role offers a base salary with comprehensive safety and operations focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership skills with organization and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to promote a safety culture.
• Excellent planning, communication, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire the workforce; lead daily shift meetings; address employee concerns and communicate goals.
• Drive operational excellence; execute daily work plans; support inventory control and audits.
• Manage and develop employee performance; track productivity and safety metrics; oversee attendance and payroll compliance.
• Connect employees to customer objectives; communicate customer requirements and review performance against expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
