Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Lebanon distribution center, is hiring a 1st shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator. The role involves safe operation of powered equipment, accurate picking, staging, and transporting of products within a fast-paced warehouse.

Training for PIT certification is provided and health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and product discounts are offered. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits after 30 days and opportunities to grow within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to designated locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management tools daily.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product quality and safety.
