Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Manufacturing Supervisor for conventional machining in Mason, OH. The role leads Team Leads, Set-up Techs, Operators and Machinists to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

The incumbent will schedule all production for the 2nd shift, drive a culture of excellence, and coordinate with Engineering and safety teams. This salaried-exempt position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in a manager role directing operations.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in CNC machining preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role with 20+ direct reports preferred.
• Experience with complex/engineered product lines.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production across shift; schedule production for the 2nd shift.
• Lead Team Leads, Set-up Techs, Operators, Machinists and other staff.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards; ensure training compliance.
• Develop and maintain high-performing teams; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth production processes and continuous improvement.
