• Two or more years of manufacturing experience or equivalent production environment.
• Ability to coordinate work and influence others without direct supervision.
• Basic problem solving and root-cause identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard work instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with noise and temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities to meet production targets.
• Monitor line performance and address safety, quality, delivery, and cost issues.
• Assist with equipment operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Ensure materials and tools are available for uninterrupted production.
• Provide shift start-up support and communicate goals and priorities.
• Lead through influence, not direct supervision.
• Maintain 5S and visual management in the work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and rapid problem solving.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Maintain production, safety, and quality documentation.
