Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production/packaging equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical power transmission issues: bearings, belts, chains, gears, shafts, couplings, gearboxes.
• Support line changeovers and startups by correcting mechanical causes of defects or jams.
• Perform PM work on schedule and document results.
• Identify developing failures and recommend corrective actions or PM improvements.
• Participate in root cause problem solving (e.g., 5-Why).
• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and related components.
• Support basic mechanical aspects of pumps/valves and piping.
• Use precision measurement tools to verify fit, alignment, and wear.
• Work occasional overtime and weekends.
