Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support advanced line performance, manage site capital projects, and drive reliability initiatives at our Vandalia, OH plant. The role combines hands-on plant work with office tasks to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with operators, technicians, and corporate teams. A bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years in manufacturing (or an associate with 7 years) is

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing OR Associate's degree with 7 years in manufacturing as substitution for degree.
Proficient with ERP, MS Office including Project, SolidWorks, 3D printing, 3D modeling, reverse engineering and GD&T.
Strong cross-functional communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities.
Cross-functional leadership to achieve objectives and manage projects.

Mansioni

Provide reliability, technical and engineering support for maintenance and production teams.
Lead site predictive/preventive engineering policies and root-cause analysis.
Drive long-term solutions to reduce downtime and costs; track KPI like run hours and MTBF.
Lead projects as PM or SME, coordinating design, procurement, construction and start-up.
Develop standards and procedures for engineering work and training of production staff.
