Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Forklift training/certification required.
• Must work in varied warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, and staging outbound shipments per SOPs.
• Ensure accurate loading and verify inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with customers as needed.
• Maintain quality control and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
