Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Materials Management Associate for the 2nd shift at our Eagan, Minnesota printing plant. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, unloading trucks, handling SAP/RF tasks, and maintaining safety/quality standards. A $2,500 signing bonus is offered after 90 days in role.

Required GED, good attendance, and basic computer skills; forklift certification is preferred and training is provided. 2:30pm–10:30pm with overtime and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• GED required.
• Ability to read load tags, purchase orders, safety rules and manuals.
• Good attendance history and work reliability.
• Forklift certification preferred; training available per OSHA rules.
• Basic computer skills and SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a powered industrial vehicle to move materials safely.
• Unload trucks, perform goods receipts and cycle counts.
• Use SAP/RF systems to enter material movements.
• Support safety program compliance and housekeeping standards.
• Provide data to internal departments and participate in process improvements.
