Eaton is seeking an Assembler (Stacker) for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role involves assembling coils, steel cores, and clamps for transformers, setting up stack tables, and welding core clamps. Overtime may be required, with a shift premium of $2.50 per hour.

Starting pay ranges from $24.45 to $25.92 per hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments. Benefits and paid time off are offered, along with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Live within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble coils, steel cores, and clamps to start transformer assembly.
• Set up stacking tables for correct dimensions and stack steel per specs.
• Weld core clamps into position and assemble components.
• Move materials using forklift and overhead crane as needed.
• Monitor burr levels, sizing, and stack quality; schedule blade changes as required.
• Operate stacking tables, tilt tables, and base plate; complete core lacing.
