The role includes low voltage welding, stainless and mild steel work, and robotic welding, with a 3 pm–11 pm schedule. Overtime may be required, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered in two installments.

The position pays $26.20 hourly base with a $2.50 shift premium, plus benefits and career growth opportunities. Candidates within 50 miles of Waukesha are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year welding experience in manufacturing or completion of a 1-year welding diploma.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Operate welding equipment in Transformer assembly lines for general production.
• Work from basic prints and instructions to complete work.
• Place weld-on and bolt-on covers and perform pressure tests.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform low voltage aluminum and copper welding and stainless-steel cover welding.
• Contribute to transformer assembly processes as required.
