You will set up stack tables, assemble coils and clamps, and weld components while ensuring high precision and safety. This role offers a daytime schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Coils, Steel Cores, and Clamps to initiate the building process for Transformers.
• Set up stack tables for proper dimensions and stack steel according to specifications.
• Weld core clamp assemblies in place.
• Move materials and completed assemblies using a forklift and overhead crane as required.
• Review for the quality level of edge burrs and decide when to change blades and schedule work with the supervisor.
• Operate stacking table, tilt table, and base plate to maintain high precision core alignment.
