Eaton is hiring for an Assembler - 2nd Shift (Regulators) in Wisconsin. The role produces voltage regulators in a continuous flow, with a 3pm–11pm schedule and a $24.45 base hourly rate plus a $2.50 shift premium. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in two installments, with overtime possible.

Your duties include following standard work, building per instructions, testing, and assisting various teams to meet production goals. Training across stations is provided.

Competenze

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Mansioni

• Follow standard work and 5S; inspect the previous operation; construct and test all types of tap changers using our standard work.
• Build product per work instructions and quality standards using calibrated tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and shipping to ensure on-time completion and shipment.
• Conduct ratio testing and troubleshoot issues to complete tests.
• Move units with overhead cranes and power industrial vehicles; repair units as needed.
• Cross-train across Regulators stations and participate in teardown and modification as directed.
