Eaton is hiring an Assembler (Stacker) – 1st Shift in Wisconsin. The role involves building transformer components, welding core clamps, and assembling coils and insulation on the core stack. Candidates must meet basic education and US work authorization requirements and be within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation offered; live within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI facility; active-duty military exemptions apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Coils, Steel Cores, and Clamps to initiate the transformer build process.
• Set up stack tables for proper dimensions and stack steel per specifications.
• Weld core clamps in place and install coils and insulation into main core and stack top yoke.
• Move materials and completed assemblies using a forklift and overhead crane as required.
• Monitor burrs, sizing, and alignment; adjust blades and coordinate with supervision for quality control.
