Didion Inc. seeks a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations and production flow, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency for food-grade products. Cross-training across warehouse functions offers growth opportunities and smoother operations.

You’ll rotate through roles, support load operations, coordinate deliveries, and assist with process improvements while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; technical degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up preferred).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks using sit-down, LP, and stand-up forklifts.
• Provide dock coverage and support shipping/receiving activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and carriers.
• Manage dock scheduling email and logistics system (ASC).
• Support production operations for efficient plant performance.
