Didion is seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations and production flow. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting the movement of food-grade products.You’ll be cross trained across multiple warehouse functions, gaining valuable skills and growth opportunities while helping keep operations running smoothly.Hours: 2pm-10pm**Schedule: **Monday - Friday**Location: **Cambria, WICompensation: $23-$26 per hourWhat You’ll DoWarehouse & OperationsLoad trucks using sit-down, LP, and stand-up electric forkliftsProvide dock coverage and support shipping/receiving activitiesCoordinate delivery schedules with drivers and carriersManage and monitor dock scheduling email and logistics system (ASC)Support production operations to ensure efficient plant performanceSafety & QualityMaintain a strong warehouse safety cultureKeep warehouse and dock areas clean and organizedContribute to quality, production, and teamwork goalsCommunication & CoordinationCommunicate schedule updates, delays, and progress with leadershipCollaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teamsDeliver timely and accurate reports on department activityContinuous Improvement & GrowthParticipate in cross-training and job rotationSupport process improvements and problem-solving effortsTake on additional responsibilities and project work as neededWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma required (technical degree a plus)2+ years of shipping and receiving experienceForklift experience (sit-down and stand-up preferred)Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; warehouse systems experience a plus)Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityStrong communication skills (Spanish is a plus)Team-focused, reliable, and proactive mindsetPhysical & Work EnvironmentWork in varying conditions (noise, dust, hot/cold environments)Lift up to 55 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionallyFrequent standing, climbing stairs/ladders, and working at heightsAbility to work in confined spaces following safety proceduresUse of two-way radio for communication*Didion Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
