Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations and production flow in Cambria, WI. This role helps maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while moving food-grade products.

You’ll be cross-trained across multiple warehouse functions and play a key part in coordinating loading, shipping, and dock scheduling with drivers and carriers, contributing to overall plant performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up preferred).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; warehouse systems experience a plus).
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks using sit-down, LP, and stand-up electric forklifts.
• Provide dock coverage and support shipping/receiving activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and carriers.
• Manage and monitor dock scheduling email and logistics system (ASC).
• Support production operations to ensure efficient plant performance.
