Job summary

Didion Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations and production flow. You’ll load trucks, cover dock activities, and coordinate deliveries with drivers to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree a plus.
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up preferred).
• Strong computer skills; warehouse systems experience a plus.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks using sit-down, LP, and stand-up electric forklifts.
• Provide dock coverage and support shipping/receiving activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and carriers.
• Manage and monitor dock scheduling email and logistics system (ASC).
• Support production operations to ensure efficient plant performance.
