Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving with DC Manager and Supervisors.
• Process billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times.
• Resolve billing, invoicing, shipping and receiving issues with customers and management.
• Daily effective communication with customers and internal team members and management.
• Liaise between the warehouse, customers, and invoicing/credit changes.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary.
• Observe company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
