Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative for 2nd shift to handle administrative duties across receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping and invoicing of inventory. You will work with the warehouse leadership team, employees, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires processing shipping/receiving documents, effective communication across teams, and use of Warehouse Management System and MS Office tools. Prior AS400 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, data entry and internet application experience preferred.
• Previous experience with Warehouse Management System (AS400) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation (receipts, bills of lading, orders).
• Communicate effectively with transportation, management, coworkers and customers via phone, email, or in person.
