You will operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean equipment to maintain flow, quality, and safety. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to read blueprints and follow standard work instructions.

You’ll work on-site in a manufacturing setting with good benefits, overtime flexibility, and opportunities to grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, & gages.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Heavy physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling 5 to 30 pounds.
• Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality.
• Flexibility to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals.
• Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI.
• Properly fill out all documentation and labels.
• Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
