The role involves operating, changing over, and maintaining equipment to meet service levels, with emphasis on safety, quality, and process documentation. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, ability to read blueprints, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, & gages.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Light physical effort required, 5–25 pounds.
• Ability to read and write English; understand safety and quality instructions.
• Flexibility to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment to meet service level goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment following 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and QA standards on FPI.
• Complete all documentation and labels accurately.
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
