You will uphold safety and quality standards and complete paperwork as required. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, ability to read blueprints, and physical fitness for lifting up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, & gages.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Heavy physical effort required, 5–30 pounds.
• Ability to read and write English; follow safety/quality instructions.
• Flexibility to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines to maintain flow and meet service levels.
• Maintain a safe workplace and follow 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Complete documentation and labeling accurately.
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
