Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to plan and manage the shop work flow and coordinate maintenance for Penske customers at the Montgomery, NY facility.

The role requires experience in customer service and a strong mechanical background, with supervisory and administrative responsibilities. The position is a 2nd shift role with a defined schedule and travel considerations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Prior experience with service scheduling programs and diagnostic programs preferred.
• Must understand Penske policies and safety requirements incl. DOT/OSHA.

Aufgaben

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize service and productivity.
• Communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates, scheduling, or billing.
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work.
• Hold external vendors accountable for quality and timeliness.
• Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks and assist supervisor with tasks.
