Job summary

Lucid Motors in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Service Center Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead the service team, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient operations at the Lucid Service Center. The role focuses on hands-on supervision, performance coaching, and process improvement across advisors, technicians, and service staff.

You will manage work orders, schedules, training, and compliance with industry standards while delivering the best possible customer experience and maintaining

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience including understanding KPI’s (CSI, Repair Completion Time, Days Down, PDI Turnaround)
• Learning agility and willingness to take on more responsibility to grow into management
• Exceptional ability to collaborate, motivate, and lead individuals, groups, and vendors
• Verifiable track record of excellence in Customer Service
• Advanced ability to use basic computer applications and learn proprietary DMS software
• Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis
• Valid driver’s license with minimal suspensions in the past year and Lucid Training on hire

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Service Team members and day-to-day service operations, including customer interactions, reporting, and repairs
• Evaluate performance of each employee and provide feedback to drive results
• Involved in selection, training, and development of service staff to ensure timely filling of positions
• Support and provide follow-up for all training
• Ensure the team delivers the highest level of Lucid customer experience
• Manage timecards and schedules for service center staff
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally
• Perform quality control checks on repaired vehicles
• Maintains knowledge of industry standards and department compliance
• Delegate service tasks and ensure on-time repair completion
• Assist with administrative tasks and HR collaboration
• Adhere to safety and process improvements in a fast-moving environment
• Travel as needed for job requirements
