Job summary
TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking an electronics diagnostics technician to join a growing team in Memphis, TN. You will troubleshoot enterprise server, storage, and networking hardware, perform board-level diagnostics, and use high-speed test equipment to isolate issues.
The role offers $28–$32 per hour on 2nd shift, with an intensive training program in Mexico for the first two months and company benefits including health insurance after 30 days and competitive overall compensation.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in electronics diagnostics.
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise servers and networking equipment.
- Board-level diagnostics and high-speed digital circuit experience.
- Precision soldering and electronic component replacement skills.
- Familiarity with hardware testing, calibration, and firmware updates.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex server hardware.
- Isolate hardware failures down to the component level.
