Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Scheduling Representative for 2nd shift in Kodak, TN. You will handle high call volumes, schedule appointments, and document interactions in CRM with accuracy.

This contract-to-hire role is onsite, requiring strong phone etiquette, multitasking, and teamwork. You will work with dispatch and leadership to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service. Compensation is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with inbound and outbound call handling is a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems and other customer support software is beneficial.
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication style.
• Ability to stay organized and think quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and schedule appointments.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional support to all callers while managing high call volume.
• Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in CRM and other software systems.
• Assist customers with concerns, follow-ups, and problem resolution.
• Stay current on services, processes, and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Coordinate schedules with team members, dispatch, and leadership to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and a positive customer experience.
• Multitask by entering data and navigating computer systems while on calls.
• Maintain organized records and manage time across tasks.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
