Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. is seeking 2nd Shift Line Operators to support our growing warehouse operations in Spring Hill, TN. You will follow work instructions, read specs, count and scan parts, and assist with stocking or kitting as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Shifts run 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM with mandatory overtime on weekends. Weekly perfect attendance bonuses and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions and work instructions.
• Must be detail oriented and able to count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of the shift supervisor in the operation.
• Reads work instructions and follows guidelines based on work instructions, scan guns, and reports.
• Reads work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components/parts.
• Pays close attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly of components and parts.
• Counts material and parts accurately and scans them into tubs per customer requirements.
• Performs light assembly as required.
• Operates small powered hand tools.
• May assist with stocking or kitting.
• Performs general audits, counts, builds, repacks, and tags parts.
• Reports issues to team lead, quality technician or supervisor.
• Identifies damage and reports shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Complies with company policies and maintains a safe workspace.
• Keeps workstation clean and equipment put away.
• Other duties as required.
