Aston Carter is hiring an Inventory Specialist for the Georgetown, KY area. This 2nd shift role focuses on data entry, order processing, and inventory tracking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Initial training aligns with first shift, then transitions to evening hours, with overtime on Saturdays and a contract-to-hire pathway. The position requires strong attention to detail, ERP familiarity, and solid experience in inventory and logistics support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in inventory control and management.
• Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent data entry capabilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory and supply chain processes.
• Understanding of production environments.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory and order information in company systems.
• Process shipments, receipts, and sales orders.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Review shipping and receiving records for accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding order status.
• Support EDI transactions and documentation verification.
• Provide customer service and resolve order-related issues.
