Job summary

Aston Carter seeks an organized and detail-oriented 2nd shift Admin/Inventory Specialist to enhance inventory accuracy and customer operations through data entry, order processing, and inventory tracking in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Based in Georgetown, KY, the role starts on first shift for training and transitions to second shift; includes two Saturdays per month with paid overtime, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of administrative, inventory, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inventory and order information in company systems.
• Process shipments, receipts, and sales orders.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Review shipping and receiving records for accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding order status.
• Support EDI transactions and documentation verification.
• Provide customer service and resolve order-related issues.
