Qualifications

• Sanitation leadership in food manufacturing or processing.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety.
• Experience leading, coaching, and scheduling employees.
• Able to work hands-on on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sanitation activities across the production facility.
• Maintain high cleanliness, food safety, and equipment sanitation standards.
• Monitor areas for sanitation issues and address deficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation procedures and policies.
• Oversee cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly of equipment.
• Respond quickly to sanitation calls and contamination events.
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop sanitation staff.
• Prepare schedules and manage staffing needs.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Maintain sanitation reports and documentation.
• Use computer systems to generate reports.
